Submission of an RFQ (Request for Quotation) or inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding purchase order. A formal commercial agreement, including confirmed pricing, delivery terms, and specifications, shall only be valid when executed through a signed purchase order or written sales contract between Oursun and the buyer.

Pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times, and payment terms are subject to individual negotiation and will be confirmed in writing by our sales team. All quotations issued by Oursun are valid for the period stated in the quotation document and may be revised thereafter.

Oursun offers OEM, ODM, and private-label manufacturing services for qualified business partners. All custom product development engagements -- including customized labeling, packaging, technical specifications, and branding -- are governed by a separate OEM/ODM agreement to be negotiated and signed prior to production commencement.

Buyers engaging in custom or OEM orders acknowledge that:

• All custom tooling, mold, or design development costs are to be agreed upon in writing before commencement;
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring that requested custom designs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights;
• Oursun retains the right to decline any customization request that conflicts with applicable laws, safety standards, or our quality policies.

All content published on this website -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, technical documentation, battery design illustrations, brand names (Oursun / 奥沃森 / 正统 / WHLI / 主力 / 皆能 / 浦江), and software -- is the exclusive intellectual property of Jiangxi Oursun New Energy Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Chinese and international intellectual property laws.

Oursun holds multiple nationally authorized patents covering battery structural design, manufacturing equipment, plate production processes, and recycling technology. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any patented technology or proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the Oursun name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing material, press release, or public communication without prior written approval from our authorized representatives.

Any non-public information shared between Oursun and prospective or existing business partners -- including pricing structures, product development roadmaps, technical drawings, production processes, customer lists, and business strategies -- shall be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement has been executed between the parties, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over this clause with respect to the specific subject matter covered.

This website and all content herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Oursun does not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• All product specifications and technical data are fully up-to-date at all times;
• Any particular product will be available for order at any given time.

References to third-party organizations, certifications, or OEM partners on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any ongoing commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jiangxi Oursun New Energy Co., Ltd. and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms -- including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination -- shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China, unless a separate dispute resolution mechanism has been agreed upon in a signed commercial contract.

For international commercial disputes involving cross-border transactions, parties may agree to resolve disputes through arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Oursun reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
