Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials -- lead alloy, separators, electrolyte, cases -- are inspected against specification before entering production.
In-Process Control
Key process parameters -- paste weight, curing temperature, acid density, terminal torque -- are monitored and logged at every critical station.
Formation & Testing
CCA, capacity, internal resistance, charge acceptance, cycle life, vibration, and drop tests are conducted per DIN/EN/JIS/BCI standards in our on-site lab.
Outgoing Inspection
Every shipment batch undergoes final OQC sampling with full documentation -- batch codes, test reports, and packing lists provided for each order.
