Applies To
All Oursun battery products sold globally through authorized distributors and OEM supply agreements.
01 Warranty Validity
The warranty period commences on the date of original purchase by the end user. For distributor stock, the warranty period begins on the date of shipment from Oursun's facility, with a maximum shelf life of six (6) months before installation. Batteries stored beyond this period prior to installation may have a reduced effective warranty period.
02 Authorized Channels Only
This warranty is only valid for batteries purchased through Oursun's authorized distributors, dealers, or direct OEM supply agreements. Batteries purchased through unauthorized resellers, grey-market channels, or of uncertain provenance are not covered under this warranty program.
03 Correct Specification & Application
The warranty applies only when the battery is used in an application consistent with its rated specifications (voltage, capacity, CCA, technology type). Using an MF battery in a vehicle requiring AGM start-stop technology, or vice versa, voids the warranty. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct battery specification for their application.
04 Limitation of Liability
Oursun's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement, repair, or credit value of the defective battery itself. Oursun shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including but not limited to vehicle damage, towing costs, loss of use, labor costs, or loss of income arising from battery failure.
05 Non-Transferability
The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the battery. It does not extend to subsequent owners in the event of vehicle resale or transfer of the battery to a different application or vehicle.
06 Right of Inspection & Return
Oursun reserves the right to request the return of the claimed battery for physical inspection and laboratory testing. Failure to return the battery when requested may result in the claim being declined. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be reimbursed or arranged by Oursun.
07 Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from warranty claims that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, or resolved through mutually agreed arbitration in accordance with applicable international commercial arbitration rules.
Quality-Backed by Rigorous Testing
Every Oursun battery undergoes comprehensive quality control before leaving our facility -- from incoming material inspection to final outgoing quality checks. Our warranty is backed by real testing data.
